Personal accounts and documents related to bonds in the bank shall remain confidential. The bank shall not be obliged to show or submit such documents to anyone without a written request from the authority authorized to conduct an investigation or investigation in accordance with the prevailing law of the Government of Nepal or a court order or in connection with a criminal offense.
